1 General Provisions

Placing bets or playing games on behalf of someone else through your own account, or making deposits using a third party's funds, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be permanently closed.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on valki 365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example, via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Sonali Bank).
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposits below this amount will not be accepted.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on valki 365 receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. This bonus is not direct cash — it is added as playing balance and certain conditions must be met before it can be withdrawn.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and you will need to wager ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 to withdraw the bonus funds.
5.3 Bonus Terms Rules
- An account may not receive the welcome bonus more than once.
- The original deposit cannot be partially withdrawn until the bonus wagering is complete.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in both accounts being closed.
- If a bonus is not used within the specified time period, it will be forfeited.
- valki 365 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 VIP Cashback
VIP members receive weekly cashback. Bronze members receive up to 0.4%, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on the total net loss for that week. For example, if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
6 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Validity of Bets
A bet is considered final once the system has successfully confirmed it. If a bet is not recorded due to a technical error, it will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
6.2 Result Determination
Recognised sources and official results are used to determine outcomes for all sports betting, including cricket and football. Impartial results are ensured through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all game categories.
6.3 Maximum Win Limit
The maximum winnings from a single transaction in certain games or betting markets may be capped. valki 365 determines and may change these limits at its own discretion.
6.4 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a software or connection problem, a decision will be made based on the system logs. In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Exploiting gaps in bonus terms to gain an unfair advantage ("bonus abuse").
- Registering with multiple accounts or false identities.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

9 Limitation of Liability

- Games or bets being disrupted due to internet disconnection or issues with the user's device.
- Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
